Waiver I HEREBY RELEASE THE PUGET SOUND CRUISERS, MILLERSLVANIA STATE PARK, THURSTON COUNTY, STATE OF WASHINGTON AND ANYONE ELSE INVOLVED IN THE ABOVE EVENTS. I KNOW BY SIGNING THIS FORM I'M WAIVING MY RIGHT TO SUE FOR ANY ANY ALL REASONS, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO PERS ONAL INJURY AND DEATH. I ALSO KNOW MY ENTRY FEE IS NON-REFUNDABLE, NO MATTER WHAT THE REASON EVEN IF THE EVENT IS CANCELLED OR POSTPONED. I WILL NOT ASK FOR IT BACK FOR ANY REASON.
