Important event information for the Spring Classic Triathlon/Duathlon & Kid's mini-tri, April 13, 2008
| TIME: | ADULTS: NOON, KIDS: 2:00 p.m. Packet pick up starts at 10:30 a.m. and goes until 11:45 a.m.

| DISTANCE: | TRI: 250 meter swim, 13 mile bike, 3 mile run, DU: 2 mile run, 13 mile bike, 2 mile run, KIDS: 25 yard swim or wade, 3/4 mile bike, 1/4 mile run.

| AGE GROUPS: | 0-5, 6-9, 10-13, 14-16, 17-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70 up. Team divisions of male, female and mixed.
|

| AWARDS: | Top 7 overall, male and female in the triathlon will receive trophies. Also top 3 overall, male and female in the duathlon will also receive trophies. Top 3 in 5 year divisions will receive neck medals. All kids will receive neck medals for finishing. Also team divisions of male, female and mixed.

| T-SHIRTS: | All entrants will receive a designer spring classic short sleeve shirt unless the no t-shirt option is checked. You can also order an extra short sleeve shirt, long sleeve shirt or a sweatshirt. You can also order extra garments. All garments are 100 percent co
tton and are preshrunk. Sizes are small, medium, large, extra large and 2xl. Children sizes are also available.

| DRIVING INSTRUCTIONS: | From the south take I-5 north to EXIT 88B and follow hwy 12 to Elma. Upon entering Elma turn left on hwy 8 and take the next exit. Go left over the freeway and follow to Wenzelslough road, turning right. Park is 1/4 mile up on the right. From the no
rth on I-5 take Hwy 101 out of Olympia and head north. Take hwy 8 west towards the ocean. Take the 2nd Elma exit and turn left over the freeway. Turn right on Wenzelslough road and follow to the park.

| OTHER INFO: | 5th annual spring multi-sport events will lots of postrace food and quality awards. There will be lots of sandwiches, chips, fruit, veggies and other goodies. There will also be cold bottled water, soda and sport's drinks. RESULTS: Will be available after the
race and be posted at www.ontherunevents.com and www.racecenter.com
