| TIME: | Adults: 11:00 a.m. Kids mini-tri: 1:45 p.m. Packet pickup starts at 9:45 a.m. and goes until 10:45 a.m.

| DISTANCE: | TRI: 250 meter swim, 13 mile bike, 3 mile run DU: 2 mile run, 13 mile bike, 2 mile run KIDS: 25 yard swim or wade, 3/4 mile bike, 1/4 mile run FOOTRACES: 9.3, 6.2, 3.1, 1 mile & 1/4 to 1/2 mile kids dash.

| COURSE: | SWIM: out and back in small man made lake, water temps are in the low to mid 60's. Wetsuits are recommended but not required. BIKE: Out and back all flat, on scenic, paved, country roads will few turns. RUNS: Out and back all flat, with aide stations with water and gatorade. FOOTRACES: Out and back all flat with aide stations. Course is perfect for beginners and veterans. KIDS MINI-TRI: All inside the park on a paved bike path. INDIVIDUALS OR 2/3 PERSON TEAMS!!!

| AGE GROUPS: | 0-5, 6-10, 11-14, 15-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70 up. Also team divisions of male, female and mixed in the triathlon and duathlon.

| AWARDS: | Top 7 overall in the triathlon both male and female will receive trophies. Top 3 in 5 year age groups will receive neck medals. Top 3 in the duathlon both male and female will receive trophies. Top 3 in 5 year age groups will receive neck medals. If you don't rec
eive an age group award you will receive a finisher medal. KIDS: All will receive a neck medal. Footraces: Top overall will receive trophies. Top 3 in 5 year age groups will receive neck medals.

| T-SHIRTS: | All entrants will receive a designer short sleeve shirt unless the no t-shirt option is checked. You can also order an extra short sleeve shirt, tank top or longsleeve shirt. You can also upgrade to a tank top or longsleeve shirt. All garments are 100 percent cotton and are preshrunk. Sizes are small, medium, large, XL, 2 XL and kids sizes. |
| DRIVING INSTRUCTIONS: | From the north take I-5 south and take Hwy 101 out of Olympia and go north. Follow to Hwy 8 and head west towards the ocean. Take the 2nd Elma exit and go left over the freeway. Take a right on Wenzelslough road and follow to park on the right. From
the south take Exit 88B of of I-5 and go west on Hwy 12 and follow to Elma. Turn left onto Hwy 8 and take the next exit. Go left over the freeway and turn right on Wenzelslough road. Follow to park on the right.

| OTHER INFO: | 8th annual events with lots of postrace food and quailty awards. There will be sandwiches, cookies, donuts, chips and other goodies. There will also be cold bottled water, sports drinks and soda. RESULTS: Will be available after the race and be posted at www.
