| TIME: | Footraces: 10:30 a.m.
Duathlon: 2:30 p.m. MARATHON EARLY ONLY FOR THOSE OVER 5 HOURS 9:30 a.m.

| DISTANCE: | 26.2, 13.1, 6.2, 3.1, 1 miles
DUATHLON: 1 mile run, 10 mile bike, 1 mile run. PACKET PICKUP FOOTRACES: 8:45 a.m until 10:15 a.m. DUATHLON: Noon until 2:00 p.m.

| COURSE: | Out and back 90 percent flat with a few turns on paved, scenic, country roads.
There will be restrooms on the course along with aide stations, with water, gatorade, gel-food. The course is accurate and certfied. Course is perfect for beginners or veterans.

| AGE GROUPS: | 0-5, 6-9, 1013, 14-16, 17-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70 up. Also team divisions in the duathlon of male, female and mixed.

| AWARDS: | Top 10 overall in the marathon, male and female will receive trophies. Also every finisher will receive a neck medal and finisher trophy. Top 5 overall male and female in the half-marathon will receive trophies. Top 3 in 5 year age groups will also receive neck m
edals. There will be finisher medals for the half-marathon. Overall winners of all other races will receive trophies. Top 3 in 5 year age groups will receive neck medals.

| T-SHIRTS: | All entrants receive a short sleeve shirt. You can also order a longsleeve shirt, sweatshirt or hooded sweatshirt. You can also order a short or longsleeve techical shirt. They are a 100 percent cotton and preshrunk. Sizes are small, medium, large, XL and 2XL.

| DRIVING INSTRUCTIONS: | From I-5 north or south take EXIT 88 A or B and go west on Hwy towards Rochester. At the only stop light (Albany St.)

| OTHER INFO: | 1st annual event, held once every ten years. Come celebrate the end of another decade. There will be lots hot soup, chili, veggies, fruit, cookies, sandwiches, chips, etc. There will also be bottled water, hot apple cider and other drinks.
INDOORS: Before and after the race, hang out in warm, cozy Swede Hall to avoid any cold or nasty weather. RESULTS: Will be available after the race and be posted at www.ontherunevents.com, www.nwrunner.com and www.racecenter.com.
